Kampala Capital City Authority Executive Director Dorothy Kisaka has pledged to find solutions to pending issues like parking and partitioning of stalls in the USAFI market in Kampala. This as the drive to relocate vendors who have been selling on Kampala’s streets grows. Raymond Tamale reports that for a second day running, the police and army patrolled the streets to keep the vendors away.
